These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and million88 ("million88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the million88 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at million88.app (the "Platform").

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of million88 services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the million88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

million88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your million88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. million88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are generally credited to your million88 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• million88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance checks prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• million88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of software tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or million88 staff members.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

The million88 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of million88. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of million88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, million88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

million88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your million88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

million88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

million88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. million88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. million88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the million88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting million88 customer support. million88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent million88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

million88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the million88 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
